Well, it has been a few weeks since I have updated on how my running training is going:
Sunday: I ran 7 miles and actually felt pretty good.
Monday : I ran 4 miles and didn't feel as good
Today: I ran 6 miles and felt pretty good today
It seems like the more I run, the better I feel. It really helps to have people asking you about how you are doing and if you are staying on schedule. The race is September 27 and it is approaching very quickly.

EXTRA EXTRA READ ALL ABOUT IT!!
Colts lose preseason opener to the washington redskins 30-16. Colts didn't even score in the fourth quarter. Bears play tommorow night at 7. against the chiefs. Bet they win.
The more you run the better you feel?? Awesome! I'm going to make a distance runner outta you yet! CHICAGO MARATHON, HERE WE COME! :)
